SW-244-40 VOC™ SILANE

SW-244-40 VOC is a DOT grade (Type I), 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent treatment designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW 244-40 VOC has been used successfully on many DOT highway and bridge projects as well as new, commercial construction.

SW-244-40 VOC can be used on most exterior horizontal and vertical above-grade surfaces. Coverage rates vary from 150-250 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity and texture. Contains <600 g/L VOC. Ultra-low VOC formulation available upon request.
